Dr. Manish Tripathi
Dr. Manish Tripathi is the Director of Riva Kenko Pharma and a respected orthopedic surgeon known for his expertise and compassionate care. He earned his M.B.B.S. from KIMS (Bangalore) in 2006 and received a Gold Medal in D.Ortho from D.Y. Patil Medical College (Mumbai) in 2014. With fellowships in arthroscopy, joint replacement, and Ilizarov techniques, Dr. Tripathi has completed over 900 successful joint replacements, cementing his reputation among peers and patients.

His approach to orthopedic care is holistic, ensuring personalized treatment for each patient. Dr. Tripathi’s commitment to continuous learning drives him to provide the highest standard of care. Outside of medicine, he’s active in various organizations including FOR U FOUNDATION, and is a sports and fitness enthusiast.

Dr. Rajni Tiwari
Rajni Tiwari, MBBS, M.S, brings extensive expertise in women’s health and reproductive medicine. With a Diploma in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Advanced Diploma in ART & Reproductive Medicine, and specialization in Ultrasonography, Dr. Tiwari is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care to her patients.

As the Director & Consultant at Dr. Rajni’s Matritva Women’s Healthcare & IVF Centre in Azamgarh, she is committed to “Delivering Happiness” through her services. Her areas of interest encompass infertility, high-risk obstetric cases, and proficiently performed hysteroscopic & laparoscopic surgeries.

Dr. Tiwari is a lifelong member of esteemed medical societies including the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India, the Indian Medical Association, the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction, and the Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists.

Mr. Manish Kumar Pandey
Manish Kumar Pandey is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 17 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and healthcare. He has held key roles, including CEO of RivaKenko Pharma Pvt Ltd. & Vijay Super Specialty Hospital, where he managed administration, fiscal operations, and strategic planning to ensure efficient resource use and high-quality patient care.

As Zonal Head – Healthcare at Medoplus Services Pvt Ltd., Manish facilitated healthcare connections in rural areas, and as Regional Sales Manager at Mediblu Healthcare Pvt Ltd., he expanded distribution networks and grew business revenue.

Manish holds a degree in Biotechnology and an Advanced Program in Strategy for Leaders from IIM Kozhikode. He is passionate about linguistics and travel, and is proficient in English, Hindi, and understands Kannada.
